Very clean and well maintained rooms in a great location, can walk to many restaurants and see the sunset. Ivan is very friendly and helpful. He came to greet us because we couldn't find the apartment, we park the car in front of the apartment, make sure to rent a small car to drive through the narrow streets. This is our first time visiting Zadar, so the location is perfect to walk to the harbor, restaurants and local markets.

Traveling to another country can be stressful, but the staff/owner made it stress free even prior to checking in! We were initially nervous of getting lost to find the entrance, or not being able to find parking because August is a busy month. THIS PLACE WAS BEAUTIFUL! The staff was so friendly! The front desk was helpful when we needed towels, change for smaller bills or information about the area.
