"We booked a deluxe family suite. What we got was a basic room with a queen bed and a sofa bed with about 2 feet of clearance to navigate between . TV did not work entire time we were there despite staff trying to change out the remote. Fridge did not work although we were told housekeeping would look after it. Staff was pleasant enough but issues still did not get resolved. We feel it wasn’t worth what we were charged and requested a reduction in our rate but …"

"Great restaurant in hotel for breakfast and dinner. Great view. Rooms small and amenities very lacking. For one night, it's a good place. The view is very nice. A bit far from the airport as an airport hotel, but most people seemed to use it as such because of the reliable free shuttle."

At night the lounge offers drinks and snacks or amazing dinner- but make reservations early. Thank you Manager C. Tsiorkas for the bottle of wine. "The staff was great, the room was clean. We had a small issue with our door not locking, but that was sorted quickly. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at night, but we would stay there again. Hopefully they will offer breakfast soon. Overall, it was a great stay."

"Big family room, great roof top bar and pool area - better than those in the city centre. Great breakfast. Only downside was the loud banging and maintenance work being done in the early hours / mornings. Would have been nice to have known this before arriving to see about moving rooms or changing out travel timings."

"The roof top terrrace is a beautiful place for breakfast and night viewing. The staff were particularly helpful. Coffee at breakfast was the only disappointment."
