"Convenient location but hotel is run down with unacceptable Health and safety standards. Management did not seem concerned when complaints made. Payment was taken twice and refunded in Kenyan shillings with loss in exchange rate differences and transaction commissions Would not recommend it"

"Booked a stay for a long layover. Complimentary shuttle to and from airport was a great service. The hotel was surrounded by gates and a security guard. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was perfect for a couple hours of rest. Shower worked great, although the water toggled between hot and cold for part of the shower. We felt safe and well cared for."

"This small hotel is in a fabulous location- close to the Giraffe Centre, Karen Blixen Museum and the National Park. Karen is a lovely green area. The hotel has lovely open areas to sit. The cafe serves good meals at reasonable prices. The hotel arranged for the driver, Steven, to pick me up from the airport. He also took me to the national park and museums etc. I can highly recommend him too."
