"This was our first trip to Hawaii. We truly enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. All the staff were very friendly, always smiling and greeting us. Our room was extremely tidy and refreshing when we returned at end of the day. Suzette and Kayla at the front desk helped us navigate our way around Waikiki. Everything was so close by! Highly recommend the the TR Fire Grill Restaurant and Holoholo Cafe and Market. Thank you! "

The carpet was old and so was the furniture. There was a disturbance from another guest but they took care of it immediately. As a solo guest I did feel safe there."
