"Hotel is new, rooms are of good size for a family of 4. Breakfast is good but it seems that staff doesn't keep the flow of the guests, you have to wait and or even ask to getba clean table. From time to time food is not replenished at the Speed It should be. You have to tell them the day before before 22:00 you want your room cleaned, we were never told that during check-in although it wouldn't have helped since we checked in at midnight. "Initial room was very small so we upgraded to a larger room with was very sufficient. In town for the Gothia Cup soccer tournament, so location offered easy access to public transit. Breakfast was very good. Staff excellent. I would stay again. Very pleased overall."

"Fantastic hotel, spotlessly clean, excellent amenities for kids and adults. Think this would be a five star hotel anywhere. Every member of staff was lovely and quickly adapted to perfect english whenever we showed how poor our Swedish was. Breakfast was extremely varied and lovely. Location next to the theme park is perfect and overall the hotel is just a bit magical. Highly recommend will come again"

Rooms can be small, but you can ask for a more spacious room. Staff are very polite and helpful. Complimentary coffee, fruits, home made cookies are available all day"
