Downtown Ottawa
Central to Ottawa's financial district and government buildings, this area boasts a vibrant restaurant district on Elgin Street and shopping on Bank Street. Explore heritage sites like Château Laurier and Sparks Street's pedestrian mall.

ByWard Market
This downtown Ottawa's lively retail and entertainment district boasts a dense concentration of eateries, bars, and nightclubs, as well as an open-air market for fresh produce and flowers during warmer months. Cobblestone courtyards, historic buildings, and street entertainment add to the charm.

Centretown
Centretown balances government elegance with neighborhood charm through its tree-lined streets. The area buzzes with life along Bank and Elgin Streets, where cafes and shops welcome both locals and visitors. Getting around is a breeze with two metro stations and excellent bus coverage connecting you to Ottawa's top sights. Choose from boutique hotels in converted heritage homes or modern accommodations. The neighborhood quiets down after government workers leave for the day, giving you peaceful evenings to enjoy the diverse restaurant scene.

Glebe
Glebe offers a perfect blend of city energy and neighborhood charm along Ottawa's historic Rideau Canal. Bank Street buzzes with independent shops, bookstores, and craft breweries where locals and visitors mix easily. The Business Inn
"I booked this hotel for a trip with my family. I have a toddler and when the front desk saw it, they immediately offered me a crib and it was almost immediately brought up to the room. I was surprised that every corner of the furniture had baby-proofing silicone bumps. It was a thoughtful design considering they’re called the business inn. Everything in the room was cleaned properly and well maintained. The air conditioning units worked really well. The room has a lot of living areas. My toddler was super happy, she could run around the room. I was not worried about her bumping her head since it’s baby-proofed. The breakfast was another nice touch. They have free laundry on the 4th floor, although I didn’t use it because I only stayed a night. The location is close to major attractions. Definitely would stay here again if I’m back to Ottawa."
Moxy Ottawa Downtown
"Great location. From this location you can walk to most attractions."
Lord Elgin Hotel
"Spacious"
Fairmont Chateau Laurier
"Great old classy hotel. In good location for a few days. High tea was very over priced and not that good. Not all high teas are created equal. You may call it high tea, but this was very underwhelming for $200."
Hampton Inn by Hilton Ottawa
"Very friendly and attentive staff...good breakfast with waffles and sharing parking with the baseball stadium."
The Ora Hotel, BW Signature Collection
"The room was fully equipped with kitchen, 2 full washrooms and living room- it was like a home away from home!"
Hyatt Place Ottawa West
"Breakfast, clean room A bit on the noisy side"
