"The main highlight is that my five-year old left his favourite cuddly in the hotel room and the hotel shipped it back over to the UK without hesitation or friction. Thank you! Otherwise the hotel is very clean with good sized rooms and lovely showers. Plenty of plug sockets and charging points in the room. Located right next to the port with great access to car parking and electric car charging, if that's your thing. It's a 5-minute tram ride into the city centre with the end-of-the-line tram...
