"Internet and TV were not working in room 230. In my opinion the internet doesn’t cover that room"

"Booked the day before arrival and have still not had any communication from the hotel. I could not enter, there were no staff present and the contact numbers were abroad. None of the phone numbers were in service. Complete con and hopefully Expedia get my money back. Don't bother with this place find another hotel, this one isn't a real hotel, it's a con 👍"

"This is a great hotel in a good location at a good price, comfortable clean rooms. Good shower with toiletries provided including hair conditioner. Hairdryer in bathroom works well. Coffee machine with espresso pods. A few free mini bar items on arrival (1 beer, Pepsi, sparking water and still water) but these are not replaced. Great breakfast with Prosecco/mimosa. Room is a little small and not easy to navigate but the staff are lovely and make the hot drinks for you. Recommend"

"Everyone there was so very nice, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable! The hotel is fabulous! Antique furnishings, gorgeous rooms… just beautiful! Beyond the gates, you step back in time!!"

"I had the smallest room on offer and it was huge. There was a queen size bed that was soft and comfortable. The TV was easy to use and had many channels. The bathroom and kitchen areas were large and well equipped. The hotel towered over the neighborhood so you got great views of the city. Supermarkets and transportation are steps away from the property. There is no daily room service which is what I prefer. would happily stay here again if I return to Bucharest."
