My room had a private hot tub which I greatly loved. My only complaint is that the state had an almost record low so the hot water was struggling a little bit. However as soon as I told them, they went straight to trying to fix it."

"Pool and room was ok but I'am dissapointed for lack of clear communication between expedia and hotel, I pay 200$ for less than 14 hrs of hotel, I arrived at 6:00 pm and anybody told until pay for, that the water park close at 7:00pm so I did'nt enjoy nothing! and the check out was at 10:00 am as well. I ask for late check out and was impossible they said and the hotel was empty. So I feel that I waste my money. Plus they charge me 70$ for parking and taxes and expedia platform said it was 48$ so I dont understand"
