Hidden Ridge Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful location! The hot tub overlooking the mountains was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. All staff were very kind and friendly. Great stay!"
Otter Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Wonderful hotel. It is a 20 min walk from the downtown Banff but we did not mind to walk. Also the hotel gave us three our pass for the transit (bus ) system. The only thing that it was a luttle strange was the door to the bathroon, it had a very loud click,. Definitely I recommednd this hotel and the restaurant"
Banff Rocky Mountain Resort
10/10 Excellent
"They have convenient shuttle to Banff center couple of miles away. Good clean mountain style lodge."
Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise
8/10 Good
"To really get the feel of the property you need to do the Basin experience (which was great) as the hotel has only an indoor pool so no real space to lay out and relax. The hotel deserves 5 stars except for the part that it offers no privacy during the day as the lobby is full of the "lake louise" tourists which takes the element of exclusivity area. The location is phenomenal and the views are literally breathtaking."
Hotel Canoe and Suites
10/10 Excellent
"Loved the restaurant on site, an outstanding breakfast menu! The staff is outstanding and friendly throughout the hotel at all positions. The in-room fireplace and pour-over coffee amenities really made for an upscale, cozy experience. The location at the end of Banff’s main street was only a 15 minute walk from the downtown area and the hustle and bustle of that area. We could have stayed anywhere in the park, glad we stayed here!"
Fairmont Banff Springs
10/10 Excellent
"We and our pets had the most spectacular stay at this hotel. If you have the chance to book Gold status it makes all the difference. The staff and facilities were amazing. Yes the bathrooms are on the small side as this is a UNESCO property so there were limitations in how they could be designed. But everything else was phenomenal. There are so many people we want to thank from Hamish in the valet who greeted us by name! to Chamath, Caitlin, Katie, Georgia, Chris(also in valet) , Olivier, Shane and the best housekeeper Howard! We look forward to coming to visit Banff again as it is truly one of the most spectacular places to go!"
Lake Louise Inn
8/10 Good
"Find another place to eat. In the village a shop called Lagger had excellent sandwiches and their pastry was to die for."
Castle Mountain Chalets
10/10 Excellent
"good place"
Moose Hotel And Suites
8/10 Good
"After hiking the rooftop, hot pools, swimming pool, and saunas are excellent. Good location, right in the center of town if that’s what you want. Would recommend and would return."
