This place is in the center of Sitges, a beautiful old town on the sea, a half hour from Barcelona. The hotel is 5 minutes from the train station, 5 minutes from the old town, ten minutes from the beach. You can walk along the sea for several kilometers. Our room was in the annex, called the Pavilion, it had a charming small balcony overlooking the street. Hotel was convenient to all the great attractions that Sitges has to offer. It was also convenient to both the train station and the bus stop coming from Barcelona city or airport directly. Room was just enough. Bathroom was very clean with great little amenities. A/C worked very well. It's not a 5 start hotel, but it's clean, the staff is great and convenient all around. i would stay here again.
We certainly enjoyed the Alexandre Congress Hotel. Pick up from the airport went smooth ( you may want to ask details but basically follow signs to hotel shuttles/ look for a black van with the name of the airport on it. This was my fourth trip to Sitges and second time at the Alenti. I love the central location. Easy to enjoy the beach, central shopping and night life. The property also has a great food service on location.
For a beach site, love the modern, minimalist rooms. All kept cool and clean. The hotel staff are friendliest in Spain.
