"Location, location, location! I couldn’t ask for a better location. The staff were so helpful and friendly they made us so welcome. The restaurant is a great place for dinner if you love live music and people watching. We celebrated a birthday and dinner it was delicious! Had a great time walking around in the evening. It’s nice to be able to walk out and all the shopping and restaurants are right in front of you. Did I mention that I love the location? This is not a 5 star hotel and we did have a minor issue with our room. They changed our room ASAP and problem solved. I don’t let little things like this to ruin my vacation. They were very attentive to my concerns and resolved the issue the best way possible. Rooms were very clean and it was very quiet. Of all the states in Mexico that I have visited, Guanajuato is my favorite so far. I loved everything about this trip. Don’t take my word for it, make plans and go enjoy and explore for yourself, you won’t regret it. The people, the architecture, the history, the culture, the colorful city! It was an amazing and memorable vacation. I would definitely go back and stay in Posada Santa Fe again."
