"It seemed that a few of the "amenities" were out of service (ice machine, etc). The room was small and felt a little neglected in terms of routine cleaning. The window AC unit was old and loud... sounded almost like a blender when it fired up. This was fine during the day, but a little jarring come sleepy time. All in all, a very charming place to stay with good beach vibes and friendly staff."

"Wonderful location, very clean, and management was very nice. We booked this at very last minute on a holiday weekend and were very happy they had availability. The room is decorated nicely and very clean. The view overlooking Main St and being able to see the ocean was beautiful!! Our suggestions would be to update the coffee area for the morning. This certainly by no means would not affect our decision to stay here again. Thank you to the owners we truly enjoyed our staff. Thank you"
