"staff members were helpful and friendly, rooms were clean and we appreciated the complementary water bottles! luggage storage was also available for us after checking out so we were able to explore the city some more without the hassle of our luggage! would stay here again:) the only negative was the destination fee which was $200 USD for our 5 night stay but it was also disclosed ahead of time and the staff was able to explain it to us!"

"The TV was a problem, I had to see the desk twice in order to get connected to internet. A guest should not have to do that with the TV. Please think about leaving instructions next to the TV"

"Overall, really liked the hotel. I purchased two rooms. One was excellent as it was a nice sized room. The other, the one we were in, was very small and the furniture was a bit worn. The Management, upon my request, was willing to switch us to a larger room, but it was on another floor - away from the other room. So, we stayed where we were. But, all in all, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again in the future."

"We stayed here for 4 nights with kids and grandparents. The apartment was lovely. A good amount of space for the 6 of us. The bedrooms each had its own thermostat, however, 1 room was very cold and the other 2 were quite warm. Leaving doors open at night helped to even out the temperature. Overall, a great spot to explore NYC."
