"Had a small issue with the temperature of the water when we got there. Went to the front desk for a solution and with no issue they relocated my husband and I to a different room and it was perfect! I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely return to this location for not only the staff, but it was centered perfectly to where everything and everywhere was just a 5 to 10 minutes drive tops. "

"We've stayed at a Post Card cabin before, and it was amazing! This time around, however, was a different experience. There was a random smell that didn't seem right. It was ok but you can tell there was a smell of...mildew? The fridge was unusable since it smelled like Clorox. We found a few cockroaches crawling on the walls at night. We still ranked our stay as a three out of five stars due to amazing communication by the host and easy check-in and check out process."

"This hotel has the name “Boutique” in it, but it is NOT! It’s more like a low end Days Inn. The night staff gave me a room after saying me reservation expired. It was almost midnight, as I’d had flight delays. I’d emailed and texted Hotels.com about my delay. The room smelled of marijuana and I was told there were no more rooms and offered a refund. I wasn’t in a place to find another hotel at midnight, but said I’d take the refund and check out at 9am. The sink counter was great along with the lighted mirror, and the staff was fine, but that’s it. Room needed paint, big dent in wooden bathrm door, shower curtain hanging off and the freeway noise was too loud to be able to sleep soundly. The breakfast didn’t start until 8am, I was first to arrive. They do not serve decaf! The basics were available, waffle, eggs, yogurt & fruit, but no decaf. There was no manager on site and the morning clerk barely spoke English, but enough to tell me to go to the other building and speak to another clerk. This clerk said I could only get a refund for the second night I cancelled but she could NOT give it, only a manager could and that would be Monday. Nothing went well at this place. It was cheap but I still didn’t get what I paid for."
