"Hotel staff is friendly and courteous and deserves 5 stars. There were two issues which prompted me to give 4 stars, first one elevator was not working and speaking to some regular guests this is ongoing problem for quite a while. One elevator means long wait times. Second the sink in the bathroom drained very slowly which should have been caught by housekeeping when cleaning the room. There must be a good accumulation of hair or other debris which is causing it and this does not show up in the last minute, I am sure this must have been brought up before."

"The hotel was perfect for our stay. It was clean, well maintained, had an indoor pool and the staff was friendly. We stayed in a king suite so we basically had a small kitchen and living room area which was a plus for the 4 nights we stayed. Bed was comfortable and the black out shades were a plus! The only complaint I had was housekeeping never touched our room during that time even though a sign was posted in the bathroom rooms are cleaned every other day. I had to put our trash outside the door and the morning we were leaving ran out of TP, Kleenex and coffee. Not sure what happened there but overall still highly recommend this hotel"

"Every staff member we encountered were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. More options would be nice. I usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Their breakfast is to die for. HOWEVER, the staff made up for it. I mean downright SUPER nice. My sister-in-law was staying there so they wanted us there as well. We were in for my niece's wedding. Very pleasant stay. Would stay again. Thanks to EVERYONE."
