"Dear Hotel Manager, I hope you are doing well. I wanted to bring to your attention an issue i experienced during my recent stay. When I checked into my room, there were no towels provided. In addition, there was no hot water available the evening I arrived or the following morning. These issuesmade my stay quite inconvenient, and I wanted to make sure the hotel was aware so they can be addressed. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding this matter. "A/C did not work. It was in the 60s outside but about 80 in the room. Had to stay at another hotel."

"I never post negative reviews but this experience was awful. The room was dirty and had a lingering musty smell. The lights did not work upon entering. The room had dirt throughout. There were hairs on the bed and a stray toilet brush in the elevator. I also didn’t realize there’s a federal prison right behind the hotel. Which did not set well with my small children. I will say this was one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had. The only positive was the front desk staff were very kind. Unfortunately, we will not be stay again. "
