"OK, both at check in and check out, the staff was very rude. Check in at night - rude also repriced a bottle of water, first @ $4, then said $6, then said $5 so no need to break a bill... and when asked about breakfast, gave start at 6AM but never mentioned it wasn't included. Then at 6AM, they just started opening the dining area and no way could we stay and wait. Also, although close to airport, was in a really bad area. Lastly, at check out, the 'host' never looked up from his phone to answer questions... will not stay again."
