"Believe the reviews about the yummy breakfast the owner makes! Very nice guest area with snacks and water/hot bevs. The rooms are so charming and unique. Every detail has been thought of. The shower is amazing with stone floors. Very convenient location and worth the drive to stay out of Moab if you are seeing the parks."

"The room itself was fair. The floor could have been kept cleaner - hair was on the floor. Otherwise it was clean. The exterior of the building needs some work/cleaning. But, it did serve my purpose"

"This is a GEM of a place!!!! Only 3 rooms nestled underneath a home cooked feeling restaurant. We had dinner before checking in and breakfast in the morning and both meals were nourishing not just in food, but in quality and energy! The bed and pillows were comfortable, the massive windows overlooking the dam/river were so lovely, and the TV is massive! Only feedback is the shower had some hair from previous guest on the wall, and there was a mildewy smell upon entering, but they include an air purifier which helped tremendously. If I’m ever in the area again, I hope I’m lucky to get a room there!"
