"The room was clean and comfortable. The only things that weren't good were the dryer vent at the side entrance laundry area seemed to be disconnected or clogged and venting inside. At check-out online I indicated that we would be leaving by 10:15 am, however upon returning for the remainder of our things after taking some to our vehicle, our key cards no longer worked. This was at 10:10. When we went to the front desk to get a working card, we had to wait about 10 minutes, as the person at the desk was helping someone on the phone with a new reservation."
