"The Hotel Almirante is an excellent place to stay in Cartegena. Located in the heart of the bubbling Bocagrande area, the Hotel Almirante is perfectly situated near restaurants, shops, 24-hour grocery stores, and right across from the beach. If you are a walker, the Hotel is a 5K stroll from the Walled City. The amenities in the Hotel were plentiful and convenient. It offers three eateries, a rooftop swimming pool, meeting and conference spaces, a sports bar, a gym, hot tub, and the nicest staff members in the area. I would definitely stay at the Hotel Almirante again and I certainly recommend it."

"If you want a beautiful, magical, and wonderful stay, this place is the best option. What stood out really would be 2 things: the breakfast, and the doorman David, though everyone is extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet is extensive and elaborate and David always helped us with our bags and everything that we needed."
