Rooms: they are upgrading so my parents room was slightly newer than mine, but both still had good quality. "**Terrible Stay - AVOID This Hotel** The location is a bit out of the city center, which we were aware of before booking. Parking in front of the hotel is convenient, but that's about the only good thing I can say. The cleanliness was appalling - stained bed linens and only a rag in the bathroom to dry our feet. "I stayed in the hotel for 3 days, and the hotel did not clean my room or change my bedding. I had to ask for fresh towels. The hotel staff was great with breakfast and giving me coffees on demand. The grounds of the hotel was unkempt. The shower was great and good pressure."
