"Our room has a moldy smell. It was at the top floor. The building and its infrastructure is pretty old so expect some noise from outside and pipes. The location was good and staff was very helpful. Nice place for a short stay at the center."

"The singular Santiago was amazing, the staff made the difference in this hotel, everyone absolutely everyone will go above and beyond to make sure your stay exceeds your expectations. The quality of the breakfast and the restaurant menu is superb and their pisco is to die for. Lastarria is a very pretty and safe area so location couldn’t be better. "My friend and I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The hotel is nicely decorated and felt modern. Everything was clean, the rooms are relatively large with a desk, security box, and fit two twin beds comfortably. The bed was about medium firmness and not springy. All the hotel staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast was pretty standard, but well executed. Getting into the hotel is a little confusing as it is only on the 3rd floor and up of the building. You’ll need to enter past a white...

"Spent 3 days in Santiago and found Ismael was perfect for my stay. It's in a great part of town (Lastarria) so you're where the action if you're interested. Short walk to bars/restaurants. Pretty much ideally located. Room perfectly adequate and clean. Staff brilliant and helpfully looked after bags as was early for check in. Pool on the small side but great for relax. You can't be swimming in it as such. Would defo be back to ismael if ever in Santiago "
