"Best hotel and spa and breakfast and rooms and service in the world"

"This so-called “hotel” is a complete scam. They contacted me after I booked, asking me to cancel the reservation myself because of major construction, flooding, and full closure of the facility. They promised a refund “as soon as they received the cancellation.” It’s been over a week, and I’ve received nothing, no refund, no response, and no proof that the place even exists. "Front Desk agents, the girls from restaurant are very nice, friendly and helpful. Transfer was easy from/to airport. Breakfast decent, you can ask for tea/coffee during the day, they very easy on that. Rooms are clean, decent size. For my layover was the best option. WiFi worked perfectly fine. They speak English, Turkish, Russian and maybe many others. Great communication skills. "
