"Rooms are clean maybe could do with updating. Staff all really friendly and helpful."

"Stylish reception lobby with plenty of screens for booking in/out and helpful staff who answered any quires we had. Stayed in a twin room with clean comfortable beds and en-suite bathroom with towels and toiletries. Only thing I’d recommend is for a small shelf near to the bed for somewhere to place your phone while charging. "

Very attentive and friendly staff, quick and easy check-in and able to leave bags early so we could go explore. Room was very clean and comfortable with incredible views. "We had a lovely stay at The Strand Palace. The hotel is in a fabulous location very close to Covent Garden, the theatre district and many other attractions. The room was to a high standard. The bed was comfy. The amenities were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety."
