"Nicely appointed hotel in central Kutaisi. Modest and nice quality breakfast layout, did not feel too busy or touristy. Old style decor but still great condition and adds to charm. Room was alittle small, not much space for luggage to lay out, but works fine and we were only on an overnight. Toiletries supplied, but alittle inadequate."

"High end property for the town, centrally located and right next to park. Parking is plentiful, but did fill up very quickly (we arrived in the evening and had to find a spot to squeeze in. But once settled, the facilities are excellent and room was lovely."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — only about a 6–7 minute walk to the city center, which made it very convenient for exploring the area. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was included, and although the selection was not extremely large, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we had a very pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future."

"Once at the location, it was very nice, clean & pleasant. Very hard to find, as Google Maps or MAPS.ME will not take you to thr address. Hard to find reception as not in front building & no signs. Breakfast was good & beds were nice 8 clean. "
