"Clean room , nice staff"

"The apartment we stayed in was so clean and had even more than what we expected. The kids had many beach toys to use such as boards, floaties, noodles, sand toys, etc. They had coolers that we were able to fill and bring to the beach to keep our food and drinks cold. Parking was amazing right in front of our place. The communication with the staff to get fresh towels, coffee, shampoo etc was top notch. Every request was met in a timely matter. We were even given laundry detergent and dish washing tablets. We were so impressed with our stay in the month of May that we are booking another trip for September. "Breakfast was mid, but the staff were wonderful. Everyone was so kind and caring, I never had an issue that they couldn’t solve. Everyone is so friendly and I loved talking to them. Some of the in room amenities could be better (i.e. my mini fridge wasn’t working and my shower kept leaking water), but it honestly wasn’t much of an issue. The location was pretty good too, although I do think the exact walking times to the beaches were overstated, it is a bit longer than what’s on Expedia, but it wasn’t too bad. The hotel is located right in the middle of the two beaches and is not a far walk from palm beach where all the night life and shopping. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. "

While the rooms could benefit from some modern updates, they were clean and comfortable. The beach and pool areas were beautiful, well-maintained, and truly enhanced the overall experience. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning."
