"We loved this place and really can't fault it. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, we arrived an hour early but we were able to check in. Our room was lovely and everything was spotless. The mini kitchen was great and the shower was really good. We loved the area too, it was a bit of a walk into the centre, but there is a really regular but service. The area was really smart and had a real village feel, with loads of good restaurants all around. If we return to Bergamo we would definitely stay in the same place."

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warm, attentive approach made us feel genuinely cared for.
The hotel itself delivered a luxury experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxing, creating the perfect setting for a romantic couple’s getaway. Whether we were unwinding in our beautiful room or exploring the local area with the staff’s expert guidance, every moment felt thoughtfully curated.
I couldn’t recommend this hotel more for anyone seeking a high-end, memorable escape. We can’t wait to return."
