"Everything was really great the front desk people are super all three of them Valerio Leo and Amin all very helpful they definitely could use a second hand while they are at the front desk because they are very busy but they do their best to accommodate this is a brand new hotel and it shows because it's very clean I would highly recommend it... not only that but you are so conveniently located to the pantheon and everywhere you want to be"

"This is a hotel where the staff are at another hotel within Rome but they communicate very effectively through the Hotels.com app. We downloade the WhatsApp and was easily able to communicate that way. Seemed weird at first for a hotel but ended up being great. It felt like you had your own flat in Rome vs a hotel room. Room service for cleaning everday.
