"Stayed for 5 days. The property is well maintained. Rooms are clean. Only downside is you need to travel by tricycle to get to places where they have food. A short ride to McDonald's, Jollibee and the Robinsons mall. Food in the restaurant is pretty decent and reasonably priced. Getting to Laoag city is about a 15 to 20 min ride away."

"The property is great if you’re looking for a relaxing experience. It’s a small property but really nicely updated with modern amenities but still keeps the local charm. On-site guard is really courteous and helpful. It is a property overseen by the bigger Urban Wave Resort. You’d need to pick up the key from there and a helpful staff will guide/accompany you to the location of Balai Balatong. Had a pleasant stay even though only for a night to catch an early flight at the airport."
