"Staff was amazing! A/c was cool just like I like, shower was hot and amazing rainfall. Room was clean and spacious! Definitely my fav hotel in Zacatecas. Breakfast 10/10."

"Everything was fine, except the shower curtain,it had a funky smell that spread all around,like when you forget your clothes in the washer for days. It needs to be plastic or washed more often."

"Very nice hotel with good amenities. There was Highway and train noise but nothing loud enough to keep people up at night. Restaurant area was very nice and the staff were polite and helpful. I did request a rollaway crib three seperate times and was not brought one. In the end I had to sleep with my baby and create a barrier so she wouldn't fall off the bed. The wifi is great with a nice desk and fridge/microwave. Water pressure and temperature was excellent. I would come back to this hotel."
