Just know it is an older hotel. Clean, but old. Don’t expect it to be a snazzy place. Clean room, quiet, very friendly staff. Raised bathroom area may be a challenge for patrons. It is a bit of a step up and down. If you’re driving, don’t blink your eyes. You’ll miss the drive way.
We had a wonderful stay! Spacious rooms, beautiful views of the rice ponds. The staff was friendly and always went above and beyond for us. They made our stay extra memorable and we hope to return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. My favorite part was that the deer walk right up to the hotel from Nara park! It is a lovely, clean hotel, and there is a coin washing machine if you need it. The location is close to food areas, also.
Great location and close to 7/11, parking was great as you can stop right in front of your room. The room is small but sufficient for two, space to open your luggage, and a little more to sit and eat at the table. Great for short stays or if you're in town for the Japanese F1 Grand Prix!
The hotel has great ammenities and the room service options have a ton of variety. It was nice having a massage chair and jacuzzi tub in the room. It was the largest room my husband and I stayed in throughout our travels in Japan as well.
The staff went out of their way to not just accommodate our needs but anticipate them. I have stayed at hundreds of lodgings in my life and have never experienced such perfect customer service and hospitality.
