"This hotel experience was amazing! Staff was friendly and accommodating! They called us a cab service when we needed and it would only take 2-3 minutes for our cab to arrive. The location is about 20-25 minutes from the city center and they had free shuttle service. The staff all were friendly and helpful! Great experience!"

"The hotel seems to be new so it’s clean and well maintained. It smelled good. Rooms are small but nice. Close to the airport so that was a plus for an early flight. They helped up schedule a taxi for our early flight. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Couldn’t check in early but that’s standard. A little ways from the city center so you’ll need a taxi. Public transport is not easily accessible in my opinion. Overall great hotel and location."

"Hotel was excellent . Well maintained and very comfortable . Hotel staff at front desk was excellent . Lounge (bar) gentlemen not so nice . Rooms were very comfortable but wash rags were not replaced the next day and shower head sprayed everywhere as did lotion container . Location was great ."

"I don’t write many reviews but I feel I have to for our magnificent stay at Smart Hotel. Rooms are extremely clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, location is great.. there was not one wrinkle in our stay. They even held our luggage for free for a week while we travelled to Ischia and back. Can’t wait to stay again"
