The staff was amazingly accommodating. Great complimentary breakfast! Minor detail: The bathroom shower was a bit on the tiny side and had a tight door opening. If you a have mobility issues that might be important."

"The room we were given was not the room pictured when we booked, which had a view of the water. The lake the property had access to looked very different from the website pictures as well. There were ants all over the beds. We selected this hotel in part for the pool, which was closed. The staff of children (we didn’t see anyone that looked over the age of 14) was communicating to us through what’s app because there was no front desk or other way to communicate with staff (once we were shown to our room the children who gave us our key disappeared), and were slow to respond when we asked questions about the issues. We recommend staying somewhere else."
