This hotel is LITERALLY across from Juliet’s Balcony, and in the heart of it all. When we first got there I won’t lie, I was definitely concerned about being dead center of a huge tourist spot, but the noise at night wasn’t an issue at all. They lock the gate and only hotel guests can come in and out (so save trying to see the balcony for after hours unless you want to go inside). Staying in this place was one of the best decisions I made in Italy. The girl welcomed us and explained everything. She gave us a map and she was very kind to us. The place is super clean, just as the photos show. The amazing shower with very hot water and water pressure. These types of accommodation made me enjoy Verona. The attractions very close to the place. In addition, I left an hour late from Check Out and no problem. Really very grateful and I plan to stay there again! Thank you so much!

The people at Hotel Aurora were so amazing. Katarina went above and beyond to help us when we had a problem with our safe. The breakfast spread was awesome and the owner walked us to our Taxi to say goodbye. Plus the location is top notch- 2 minute walk to casa de Juliet. Incredible old (probably hundreds of years old) restored beautifully to a 5 star luxury hotel. It is small; each room is different, but gorgeous, and the service is 6 star. It is located just a couple of blocks from the fabulous Piazza Erbe.
It was a wonderful stay in the large loft managed by the hotel. The loft was a good size, and it accommodated my family well. We did the paid breakfast, and I told them we would probably grab a vegan croissant for my dairy free daughter, and they got one for us for her to eat at the breakfast! Very kind staff who went out of their way to insure we had a good experience!
We were only there one night but Ark was fantastic!! Its clear the hotel is new but also clear they are taking care of it and their guests. I would stay there again!
We loved the room, the bed, the amenities and the breakfast at this hotel. We had trouble finding it, but once we did it was fine. It's at the far edge of a very large shopping complex; nothing charming about the neighborhood. But the hotel itself is excellent.
Absolutely amazing building, art decoration, functionality. The villa is just beautiful all around. Great job in converting it into a hotel. Great lobby, pool area, spa, restaurants. Rooms are very comfortable. Staff was very helpful in all aspects of our needs. Not much at walking distance, aside from a couple restaurants, dry clean, pharmacy. The region around it is very beautiful, with many wineries at close distance, lake Garda about 1h drive away. We had a blast in our 4 nights stay.
