Best hotel I have stayed at in quite some time. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The homemade bread was excellent. The room was bigger than expected and the beds were comfortable. We stayed here to get away from the crowds at Venice and could not have picked a more relaxing area. The river runs right next to it. The town has a train station with a direct route to Venice. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Only a 3-4 min drive to the airport. The grounds are beautiful with lots of plants, a garden to relax and of course the farm animals. If you don't want to be dragging your suitcases around cobblestone streets and are looking for a reasonable place to stay outside of Venice this is it. We flew out of the little airport nearby and wanted to spend an afternoon in Venice. We had a car, so this was the perfect spot. It was clean, the included breakfast was adequate, the staff was friendly. Definitely would recommend.

This is the perfect hotel for exploring Venice. Everyone was real nice. We struggled with transportation, but our front desk called taxis for us for 30 minutes before finally finding one. No one was accepting my uber ride. This might have been a random occurrence because it was Sunday and the country was on holidays.
We left before breakfast due to our flight time. They prepared take away snacks for us. Very thoughtful.
