Check in made easy. The reception staff was nice and friendly and very attentive as well. A special shout-out to the attendant at the bar during the dinner time. Not sure what his name was but he was super friendly and quick with his service. I struggled with the language barrier in ordering but he was very kind.

I stayed in this hotel to be near the Milan Linate airport. I took a taxi from the airport and returned in the am by taxi it was about a 10 minute ride but cost was 29 Euros on return presumably because it was 4AM. The intriguing feature was a covered area that you could park 2 cars outside the door of the room. I am american so this may be a Motel in Europe. The staff were very accommodating and everything was clean. The night staff even made me an espresso before I checked out.

IQ Hotel Milano was a perfect hotel to stay at to end our trip in Italy. It’s located right near the train station. It’s modern and has very wonderful amenities such as breakfast for an extra charge but definitely worth it given the variety and quality of the food. The sauna and hot tub were also great amenities my husband and I used throughout our stay. Lastly the bed is incredibly comfortable and probably the most comfortable bed we slept in throughout our trip. I would absolutely stay here...

Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast and dinner

We received check in at 12:00 and check out at 13:30 the next day for 1 night, which is really nice especially after a long flight. The hotel is chic and very Milanese style which can not be fully reflected in photos. Walking to train station easily.

This hotel is perfect if you want to stay close to the central station. My family stayed for 5 nights and we are very happy with the breakfast and room. The staff are very friendly. Front desk allowed us to check-in at 11am. Three of us stayed at the deluxe room on the 3rd floor. The room is very new (newly renovated) and spacious (including the bathroom). Mini bar are free and they also gave us bottles of water every day. Breakfast are great! The only problem is the bar across from the hotel....

I had a wonderful stay at the Lancaster Hotel. I realized on arrival (after traveling for nearly 24 hours!) that I had lost my passport and the concierge was so kind and helped to call the cab company to try to find it. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was lovely and delicious. All the staff were lovely. I would not hesitate to come here again and would recommend to anybody. The only downside is it a little distance to the nearest metro stop but there is a tram that goes...

Very comfortable stay with great restaurants within walking distance. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend.

About a mile from the central station and 1.5 miles from the Duomo, we appreciated the easy access and the quiet of this wonderful hotel. The rooms are artistically decorated and lots of free and high quality food is served throughout the day. Would definitely recommend this place and return to it if I was back in Milan

Very good hotel - looks brand new, very good maintenance and very clean. In a walking distance (about 10 minutes) from a train which brings you in 15 minutes to Milan city center, for 1.7 Euros for each direction. Due to the free parking this hotel is probably the most cost effective solution for tourists with a car. The only problem is that the train comes every 30 minutes so you should better not miss it, like it happen us, 3 times in the same day... but the hotel itself is UNDER-priced! (we...

If I could give a higher rating than excellent, I would. I cannot say enough for how much we loved this hotel, inside and out. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The staff were magnifico!!! The rooms were clean. The food the restaurant was excellent. It's right next to the train station. Not far from shops and food. You must stay at the hotel. Next time in, Milan, this is where I'm staying.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I chose this hotel because it is close to the red line of the subway which gives you easy access to downtown Milan and all its railway stations. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will certainly go back to this hotel when traveling to Milan.

starting with the doorman and going on to the cheerful welcome by Clizia at the front desk, it became quite clear that everyone who works here is carefully chosen for the ability to pamper the clients. Annalisa at the lounge, Fabrezio at the concierge desk were both notable in the friendliness. this hotel will be my go-to hotel if i return to Milan
