Great hotel, We spent a few day visiting the caves at Ajantha. Great food at the restaurant and the staff was very helpful. Room was clean and well maintained.

Beautiful hotel and property, well staffed, friendly, professional, unique, and historic. Excellent food. Great base from which to visit Aurangabad, Ellora caves, and Daulatabad Fort. We saw few tourists from outside of India -- this area is still an relatively undiscovered gem.

Only drawback is that rooms are too small

Wonderful hotel that seems brand new. The staff could not have been more gracious. Their one restaurant provides an expansive tasty breakfast, and I had one other meal there that was very good too. Once more, the staff in the restaurant were accommodating and incredibly pleasant and courteous. Fully recommend this hotel as a base to see the Ajanta and Ellora Caves.

Before leaving town, we were able to see much of Aurangabad. After seeing some of the competitor hotels (only from the outside), I am convinced that the Taj is the best hotel in town. The grounds are beautifully kept, including a croquet court and gardens. Customer service is excellent, and the rooms and food establishments are high quality. We were easily able to arrange for a driver on our last day who took us to a few of the tourist spots on our way back to the airport on our last day.

As always a wonderful stay at the Lemon Tree Hotel in Aurangabad. Great food, great service, great accommodations, and a great location.

Nice friendly courteous staff, helpful for finding taxi service for tours, clean good food choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Staying at the Amarpreet was a pleasure. The entrance to the hotel is most inviting - polished marble and spotless decor - during Xmas there was a charming seasonal sand painting on a glass-topped table in the lobby. The staff were most helpful throughout, providing tourist advice and looking after luggage even after check-out. The room was well appointed, and the view from my room was of a local landmark. After visits to the Ellora and Ajanta Caves, it was wonderful to come back to the comfort...

The staff were super friendly and eager to please. The food was outstanding but you can’t get Indian breads from 3:00-7:30pm. Those were my eating hours and I came to India to eat Indian food. The WiFi didn’t work in my room and the water heater quit working. They offered to switch my room but I moved to a different hotel that offered Indian food all day.
