"When I checked at the hotel, a manager told me that I needed to pay 10000 DZ($75) to use the pool, which was was included in my reservation. Then he said that I’m not allowed to the pool because I’m a single guy and it was only reserved for women. Their website or Expedia description doesn’t mention anything like that. I mainly paid to use the hotel amenities such as the pool but ended up not been allowed. Very disappointing. "

"Très belle découverte. L'hôtel est neuf, moderne et très propre. Les chambres sont confortables et tout semble encore flambant neuf, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Le point fort pour moi reste le personnel, toujours souriant, serviable et aux petits soins. On se sent rapidement le bienvenu et ça fait toute la différence. J'ai aussi beaucoup aimé l'emplacement. "I was given a single room with a single bed for me and my teenage son. I paid for a double room and I was told that I couldn't get any room at first because the hotel was overbooked. I was given a single room with a queen size after insisting. The beds metal was out. Im still recovering."
