"The AC did not work in 3 of the rooms that I was assigned one after the other. Windows did not open .
A bad experience in hot weather.
Bathroom sink leaked water into the cabinet and the floor .
Not a well maintained property"
"The rooms are excellent- spacious and well appointed, modern and clean, and finally with an iron and ironing board!
The breakfast buffet met expectations…., but I don’t think I met any staff member who was able to do their job without difficulty.
There was a technical issue that made check-in lengthy, and the taps weren’t working at the bar. At evening meal time, there was only one person serving there. She did her best, but every tiny action took forever and it wasn’t easy to get attention, so there was a line up of people waiting a long time, simply to order the most basic thing.
All three mornings at breakfast, there weren’t any forks and you had to ask - plenty of knives and spoons, and there wasn’t a large enough buffet for the number of people, so again, it took a long time and emptied food options were slow to replenish if at all.
In the end, I was very comfortable in my room for comparative Brussels prices, but the rest of the operation was very sub-standard."
"I travelled to Belgium to pick up my puppy from her breeder, and the staff were PHENOMENAL about helping me ensure everything went well.
The staff were very helpful, and the hotel was kept clean. Cleaning staff were friendly and considerate.
The train platform is very close, but lacks signage to know where to go for streets/hotels - turn right, NOT left, when you come to the 'T' ;)
I do wish the elevator announcers were quieter, as getting up in the middle of night I felt horrible when they loudly announced doors opening >_<
The pizza available for purchase from the hotel (as the only meal item from the hotel itself and not the expensive outside-company shop in lobby) was unimpressive. Breakfast offerings were basic, but fresh. Location has a small shop less than 2 min walk from the parking lot, which also helped."
"Not recommended for the following reasons:
(1) During my stay in room 621 (from 27–31 May 2026), the shower malfunctioned every single night, suddenly releasing water at high pressure from the shower head in the middle of the night. This created extremely loud noise and was both disturbing and quite frightening. Experiencing this repeatedly throughout the stay was unacceptable and significantly affected my rest.
(2) Some of the dishes in the morning breakfast buffet appeared unclean.
(3) I noticed that a canned drink in the fridge was dented, which could easily lead to suspicion that I had tampered with or damaged the item.
(4) Finally, I was informed only at check-out that I needed to pay the tourist tax. While I fully understand and do not object to paying this legitimate charge, the way it was handled is problematic. This should have been clearly communicated and settled earlier. As my trip was fully sponsored by my company, this late notice has created unnecessary administrative burden, as I now have to submit an additional reimbursement claim. For business travellers, this kind of oversight is particularly inconvenient and should be taken more seriously."
"Upon inspecting my room on arrival, the towels in my bathroom were dirty, wet with one towel having someone's bodily fluid on it. Upon calling the reception to complain, I did not receive an apology and instead the lady said they would send someone up to check whether it was their mistake! In addition to these towels being filthy, the towels were not even placed on a proper shelf, they were folded and left on top of an area above the toilet."
"Our family vacationed in Brussels and stayed at Pullman Brussels Centre Midi for three nights. The check-in process was easy, and our room was clean and comfortable.
We especially liked the hotel’s location right next to the train station, which made it very convenient to travel to our daily destinations and attractions. There is also a food hall inside the station, making it easy to grab a quick meal or snack whenever needed.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Brussels."
