Hamilton is the market town for South Lanarkshire. It is located vey near to the M74 motorway, so it is quick to get to Glasgow and pretty much anywhare else. We use it as a base when we come up from England to visit family.

Like all towns now the centre was looking a bit tired but next to the hotal was a large shopping area. Very convient stop if travelling south.
"The room was exactly as shown on the website. The shower was great. I had a studio suite. It was big enough for me (solo traveller). I stayed 6 nights. I had requested a fan and they provided me with one. The one thing that was lacking in the room, was that there is no microwave oven. So i had to eat out. Couldn't reheat any food.
Overall my stay was very satisfactory. I didn't try their breakfast, I ate out
But they provided coffee,tea and milk."

The staff we met at the reception with dark hair , slim ooh God the difference was striking. This stuff was rude and paid no attention that we were even in front of her.
