Hôtel décoré avec beaucoup de goût, offrant une expérience de luxe pour un prix très raisonnable. Chambre très confortable, avec une jolie vue. Déjeuner superbe. Parking très pratique. Nous avons regretté de ne pas y passer une nuit de plus.

Loved our room. Very charming. Not too modern, but felt like summer camp. Carrying luggage to top was a hassle and limited food choices at restaurant. While the staff did not speak much English, they tried very hard to accommodate and understand us. Our daughter left her purse in the room and they were able to retrieve it and hold onto it for us.

We had difficulty finding the property, but I think that was the fault of our GPS. It directed us to an area where we could not drive, and I had to find an underground parking and leave the car and walk. However, when I found it, it was on a street which was drivable. I had also chosen the wrong parking which was less convenient and farther away, not knowing that there was a parking directly below the hotel with a discounted rate. A wonderful hotel on the edge of the old city. Lots of little places to eat all around.

The staff were all so helpful and went the extra mile to help our group figure out logistics, meals and more.

The five Euro a day secure parking was a huge convenience. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Faolipa (spelling?) who went above and beyond to help us find the parking lot, opened the safe that the previous tenant had left locked within 5 minutes of our asking her, and was always cheerful and happy to help us. Location is excellent with view of Rugby stadium, around the corner from the Michelin Experience, and walking distance to the old city. Maintenance responded...
