"An incredibly beautiful hotel. And the architecture and location are stunning. Very professional. I also enjoyed that they have a staff member escort you to your room while explaining the history and architectural features of the building."
"Lovely economy room. Well decorated and comfortable. The room was extremely small and I habitually banged my arms getting in and out of the bathroom. There was no natural light as the window was obscured by a wall. It was cosy and snug ... even though there were inconveniences, I would still stay here again and again. The location, the staff and the public areas made this a truly wonderful experience. The room and hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast demonstrated excellent attention to detail.
I also asked for a kettle and this was immediately brought to my room, so service was exceptional.
"
"My room was clean and bed was so comfy, great shower. The bus was round the corner and down the road there was the tram and a shopping centre. The staff were a standout."
