The rooms are spacious and quiet, with the double windows blocking noise from the street below. The air conditioner works well and also quietly. The room also has a small fridge. The restaurant's hotel offers a menu throughout the day (except on Sunday) that provides high-quality meals at affordable prices, removing a need to go to the city center for dinner. Next to the hotel, there are major Carrefour, Mercadona, and Lidl supermarkets. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating.
We needed a place to stay along our road trip and booked this hotel on a whim. Zero expectations. And WOW we were pleasantly surprised! Easy, friendly service, super clean and comfortable, walkable and great location in town. The main plaza is around the corner and lovely, cafes open until quite late. The town itself is charming, historic and feels like a “hometown”. We really enjoyed our stay here.
The hotel is an interesting mix of ancient and modern. Our room was modern and very comfortable. My husband said the shower he took was the best shower ever. The staff was helpful and kind and one of them accompanied us to our room when we checked in to show us around the room and demonstrate how to use some of the bells and whistles (blinds, light switches, shower).
