Learn more about Vienna
Waltz through imperial grandeur at Schönbrunn Palace, where Habsburg opulence unfolds in room after gilded room. The Vienna State Opera hosts world-class performances in a building almost as dramatic as the productions themselves. Christmas markets transform Rathausplatz into a wonderland of lights and glühwein each winter. Duck into coffeehouses where time seems suspended since Freud's day – lingering is practically mandatory. The Hofburg Imperial Palace complex houses enough museums and treasures to fill several days of exploration. Music lovers shouldn't miss the House of Music Museum, where interactive exhibits let you conduct a virtual orchestra. Between cathedral visits and museum hopping, pause at sidewalk cafés where the art of people-watching reaches its refined peak.

Hilton Vienna Park
"Hotel has a great location. The room was clean, renovated, and no sound came from the street except the passing ambulance. We also enjoyed the breakfast."
The Hoxton, Vienna
"The Hoxton Vienna is a particularly nice property. Our room was beautifully remodeled and the bed and shower were very comfortable. The rooftop bar has spectacular views and great drinks. We didn’t use the pool but it looked great. The location is fantastic."
Hotel Grand Ferdinand Vienna
"Conveniently located, clean and 'chic' hotel located in the Rinstrabe area of Vienna. Staff was helpful and friendly and spoke English as well. We had originally booked a Petite Chic room but decided it was too small so paid the extra 45 euro/night to upgrade to a Grand Chic. I would say it's about the same size as a small to avg sized hotel room in the US. Rooms were clean and the bed comfortable, tv large, shower and sink vanity were separate from toilet which was nice. The two real issues I had with this place is 1) the air conditioning didn't keep the room cool enough. No covers at night and had to take cold showers just to cool off. 2) the light control system is wacked. Don't understand why they just can't have normal light switches. Took us 2 days to figure out how to properly work them. Still, I'd consider staying there again especially if I visit NOT in mid-summer."
Premier Inn Wien City Hauptbahnhof
"All good. The staff even provided a luggage scale"
