Gracias

As a new hotel the rooms were to a very high quality and kept spotlessly clean. I stayed in a single room and, while small, it was well put together. It was not too far a walk from the main areas / train station and had good transport links nearby. I would stay again.

Friendly staff, great we could leave our bags before and after check-in/check out. Our room was very small, bathroom very small, no hairdryer in room but asked house keeping and they provided. Location is really good 10minutes to centre.

This hotel was located a few blocks from a Ubahn station and two blocks from the main markets, but still on a quiet street. It is clean and newly renovated, very European not like a chain hotel. We also stayed in the Marriot in Vienna and preferred the Carlton Boutique Hotel both for location and room comfort.

Gerne wieder!

Such a nice hotel! The location was absolutely excellent, if you enjoy bars and nice restaurants. And the area is very local too touristy. The only thing that I really missed was a full body mirror. And more space for my cosmetics in the bathroom.

The hotel room was clean but extremely small. They presented it as having a view to the courtyard and it just had a window to the emergency exit of the building. The AC did not work so it was really hot.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this boutique hotel during our trip to Vienna. The hotel has a unique charm, a warm atmosphere, and was spotlessly clean. Thanks to its convenient location, exploring the city was incredibly easy. It provided a very peaceful and comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The staff's hospitality and attentiveness made our stay even more special. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Vienna. Highly recommended!

Everything is well, except the shower design is poor. Water splashed out everywhere outside the bath tub and the glass panel is too small to stop the water.

Nice hotel but the renovation looked like it was not completely finished when we stayed there. The ac didn’t work in our room. The staff handled it well and come with fans until we could get a new room with working ac the next day.

The room was cleaned daily, and everything appeared newly renovated. The rooms are spacious, well maintained, and very comfortable. Depending on the room type, however, the toilet area can be quite small. One friendly suggestion: very few international travellers watch local television channels nowadays, so equipping the rooms with smart TVs would make the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were genuinely helpful and consistently polite to guests. We were also very impressed with the breakfast. The variety and quality of the products offered were surprisingly good for a boutique hotel. The hotel is located just outside the very centre of Vienna, making the surrounding area peaceful and quiet while still allowing you to walk almost everywhere. Schönbrunn Palace was the only place for which we needed to take a taxi. Overall, this is a quiet, comfortable hotel offering an excellent breakfast and a very convenient location for travellers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Rommet var rent og nyoppussa, flott bad. Air Condition virket ikke på vårt rom selv om det skal ha vært tekniker på hotellet. Vi fikk derfor nytt hotell da det var hetebølge under oppholdet. Guy fikset dette for oss.
