"This was a convenient stay right next to the airport. It was a nice sized room. I was surprised by the mini fridge."

Even if I went looking for something to complain about, I don't know if I would find a single thing to improve. Great location and excellent home base for an American to explore Berlin. They really made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Next time, I won't even shop around - I'll come back to Me and All."

"The shower drain was clogged, and after using it for about 10 minutes, the water overflowed. I requested to change rooms, but my request was denied because I was told it would be repaired. A repair technician came immediately, but the issue was not fixed at that time (it was fixed the following day). In addition, the telephone in the room was broken and completely unusable."

"Broken electrical components in my room. Dangerous!!!! No working A/C or heating. Water either too hot scalding or too cold, inconsistent and annoying to take a shower. Never again!"

"The Adlon Kempinski hotel is exquisite. Its location can’t be beat. The Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag are literally right outside the hotel. Our room was well furnished and it had everything that we needed. The decor in our room was just as beautiful as the rest of the hotel. We had an amazing breakfast upstairs with a beautiful view of the American Embassy and the Brandenburg Gate. The staff is what makes this hotel superb from the doormen, the receptionist, concierge, housekeeping, bartenders, and the lady-in-red. We stayed there for five days and we didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to visit the Adlon Kempinski again. "
