This is a great property. The apartment had everything we needed to cook and eat a meal. It was modern with a new bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and room was spotless…very clean. We were in Innsbruck to see the Gundolf Family Tyrollean music Show. It was a 7 min walk from apartment and a six min drive fro historic center so it’s very convient

It was not fancy, but it was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was my best night sleep on this trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. Don't expect a fridge, microwave, or coffee in the room, but it was worth to get such a nice hotel for the price. If you get there after eight, no one will be there to check you, so make arrangements before you get there.
Greeted warmly by friendly staff and offered a welcome drink, which my friend and I enjoyed in the lovely garden. We had a garden room, set up with two fairly comfortable beds. The kitchenette had almost everything we needed (no microwave oven, though). The main building had a small gym and several indoor lounge areas, plus a third floor terrace, so lots of space to get out of your room. There is a delicious low-cost Indian restaurant only 100 meters away, and a stroll into the old city takes...

Delightful space, creatively decorated. Super comfortable beds and somehow quiet even though right next to the train station. Amazing view from top floor bar/restaurant. All staff happily helpful. Excellent location to stroll the city and walk to the cable cars up the mountain. Don’t miss that!!
The location is nice and the on-site parking is important. I don't think there should be extra charges for parking every day if you are staying in the hotel for 4 days. The room cleaning was only restocking towels and making beds. They don't vacuum or take out the trash. Also, there was hair throughout the room, on the ground by the bed, on the chair, in bathroom sink and tub so not cleaned before I got there or while I was staying there. But a nice place for a short stay and a decent price.
This hotel is so special! It exuded every aspect of what you would want in an Austrian Alps hotel! The staff, food and environment are special and the rooms are large and comfortable! You must try the duck!

Situated in very quite street, yet close to City center and convenient transportation and spectacular view of the Alps. The hotel personnel are very professional , friendly and helpful.
