"I think they should do a little more maintenance on the rooms, especially the bathroom. The shower was a bit clogged, the drain flooded the whole room, and we had to be moved. They should use toilet paper rolls instead of napkins and provide better quality soap and shower gel. They should also be more respectful of guests' rest, as there were maintenance workers very loudly early in the morning."
