The pools are delightful, and the breakfast offers a splendid variety, including excellent local options. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a most comfortable stay. "Excellent hotel, I highly recommend it without hesitation
The location is unbeatable: it’s in a very quiet area, right next to a beautiful bridge that gives it a special charm, and on the riverbank. This makes it super convenient for grabbing a taxi or getting around quickly, whether on foot or by transport.
The staff’s service is warm and welcoming from the very first moment; they really make you feel at home.
The room is simply gorgeous: spacious, bright, very well-equipped (fridge, kettle, safe, good Wi-Fi, quiet air conditioning) and decorated with great taste and elegant details.
The value for money is excellent; it’s honestly hard to beat in that area.
The only small downside (and this is purely personal) is that I missed a more Western-style breakfast. I would return without a second thought. Totally recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨
(I give it 4.5/5 — the half point I deduct is just because of the breakfast I personally miss).

"Great small boutique hotel. David and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and with state of the art technology. They picked us up from the train station and they also take you to the (east) entrance to the national forest which is only 3 minutes away. They will also arrange all of the tickets. "

"Really great stay. Large spacious rooms with amazing views of Tianmen Mountain. Owner is super sweet and accommodating. Restaurant at the guesthouse is some of the best food we’ve had on the trip for an excellent value - close to downtown and the airport. Note that on DiDi / AMaps it only comes up as Zhangjiajie Bantian Homestay."
